Order Cancellation:
- To cancel any orders, please e-mail us at eelankaonlinegift@yahoo.com or call Dolly at +306-522-4881. Please quote the Form Submission Number that is in your email subject in all correspondences.
- All requests will be replied by e-mail whether cancellation request has been accepted, although the notification may not be immediate.
- The amount of refund related to an order cancellation is as follows:

Refund Policy
Under the following circumstances, refund is possible :
- Cancellation of order as stated above.
- Full refund for non-delivery of items, although this is very rare. Refunding process will be carried out within five business days when one of the conditions stated above is satisfied. Fund will be credited into the credit card account that was debited.
- In case of unavailability of certain items that has been ordered, customer will be informed first before any delivery. Unavailability of a particular Item type or color could be due to various factors.
- No refund for items to be sent by post.
Note : Refund will be given at the discretion of the company management.
